Here at Elite, we understand that
your home is probably the most valuable possession
that you have. Keeping that in mind, our first
priority is to help you feel confidant that you
are being represented by an organization that
is second to none. We at Elite know that the key
to selling your home lies in painstaking preparation
and an effective sales and marketing plan that
is carried through to the end.
Why should I list my home
with Elite Mountain Properties?
At Elite Mountain Properties we
treat all of our clients and customers the way
we, ourselves, would want to be treated. We put
your individual needs first and foremost. Location
is another important key. We are located in Downtown
Blowing Rock where a steady stream of visitors,
who often purchase property throughout the county,
pass our main office door. Your property is continuously
advertised on a flat screen monitor, brochures
posted on the windows and brochures designed for
potential buyers to take with them. Understanding
that advertising is a major factor in selling
any property, Elite’s advertising is unique and
more extensive than any other Real Estate agency
that we know of. Open any local paper and you
will find our ad. We also advertise in Homes and
Land as well as other publications to target buyers
from out of state. We are the only company that
mails out over 5000 color brochures advertising
your property to prospective buyers each month!
But that’s not all…. Elite stays with you through
the end. Elite prepares a FREE, no obligation
Comparative Market Analysis(CMA) on your home.
We keep you updated on buyers who view your property
and with our membership with the Multiple Listing
Service, you have over 300 RealtorsR working to
sell your property. Elite facilitates every step
of your closing. When you work with Elite Mountain
Properties you know that our goal is the same
as yours: to sell your property as quickly as
possible at the highest possible price.
What is a CMA?
A Comparative Market Analysis
is a report which compares your home to others
similar to yours in order to assist you in determining
the highest price the market will bear. The comparable
properties used in this analysis are divided into
four categories:
1. Similar properties that
are currently listed
2. Similar properties that have
recently sold
3. Similar properties that have
sales pending
4. Similar properties that failed
to sell
When we study these locations,
features, and the terms under which the various
properties are offered, we can develop a clear
picture of the potential market for your property.
